Milan Thompson
During his tenure, ASONS has grown from two employees to a National Organization. Milan has served on the Board for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and has been identified by a substantial number of REO companies as a subject matter expert as it relates to REO Field Services. He freely gives of his time in assisting other companies in improving their field service procedures. Under Milan’s tutelage, ASONS embraces both TQM and Six Sigma management techniques, which has led ASONS to achieve unparalleled industry quality and success.
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Helser
As the CEO, Steve is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the corporation. Previously Serving as COO for ASONS since 2011, Steve oversaw the daily national operations for ASONS. An MBA and Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings over two decades of international operations experience from several premier companies. Throughout his career, Steve has consistently been recognized for creating organizations which place high value on quality, timely and waste free performance, integrity, and process innovation. This has earned him credibility and trust from clients across a broad spectrum of industries he has served.
Chief Business Development Officer
Nathan Vannatter
With an MBA and a degree in Accounting, Nathan focuses on the development and growth of Human Resources, Information Technology, Training, and Sales at ASONS. Through strategic planning, time-management driven leadership, and team oriented customer service, Nathan has managed and grown departments in Human Resources, Construction, Sales, and Business Development for successful regional and national companies. This experience allows Nathan to drive client satisfaction to the next level.
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Harton
Eric Harton has twenty plus years of experience as a financial leader and business partner in large and medium sized companies both domestically and internationally.
He brings to us a strong background in accounting, financial management and business strategy. Eric is responsible for all areas of accounting, financial planning and treasury. His focus will be on partnering with the management team to provide value added decision support as we continue to grow the ASONS brand. Prior to joining the ASONS team, Eric served in a variety of executive roles including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Finance and Treasury Director.
Eric has a BA in Accounting and holds both
a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant certificate.
Director of Information Technology
Duane Hauser
With a degree in Computer Science and additional studies of Information and Communication Sciences, Duane is responsible for the Information Technology development, integration, and deployment at ASONS. His focus is to provide a great Customer and Contractor experience while streamlining the process flow internally. Duane has been the Director of Information Technology for successful regional and international companies while bringing innovative ideas to reality.
